From January 1, 2018, the facility to connect mobile number to Aadhaar card will be available at home. The Department of Telecom has announced a Processor to link mobile number to Aadhar Card for Foreign National, NRI, Senior Citizens, Divisions and Support Register Subscriber.

In the IVRS, the call will be made to the number given to the first SIMcard provider companies, after selecting the language, the customer will have to give their support, on whom the telecom company will send this data to the UIDAI, then the user will receive the OTP after the support number is verified. After getting the OTP, the process will start and the customer will get the message of the link from the telecom company within 24 hours.

A Re-Verification Processor will be started for senior citizens who are over 70 years old, who are not able to give biometric authentication as well as Divyag. They will be useful for this process. So far, the link was found in the company's store and after the necessary verification with mobile number, the link was available.

Foreigners will have to follow this procedure

There was a problem for NRIs and foreigners linking a support card with a mobile number. NRIs and foreigners do not have support cards In this case, the NRI or foreigners will have to enter their telecom store and provide their passport information. However, the online link for the support card will be started soon.
